These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Gul Auto Recovery's services and website. Gul Auto Recovery is a licensed vehicle recovery and towing service provider operating across the United Arab Emirates, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
By contacting Gul Auto Recovery, using our website, or requesting any of our services including car recovery, towing, roadside assistance, or vehicle transportation in the UAE, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Gul Auto Recovery provides 24/7 vehicle recovery and towing services across the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain. Services include car towing, accident recovery, roadside assistance, battery boost, flat tire replacement, and luxury/sports car transportation.
While we strive to provide 24/7 availability, response times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, weather, and fleet availability. We will always communicate estimated arrival times upon booking confirmation.
Our primary service area covers all seven UAE emirates. For remote or off-road locations, additional charges or service limitations may apply. Please confirm coverage when booking.
All service rates are provided upfront before work begins. Pricing depends on vehicle type, service type, distance, time of day, and location. We maintain a transparent pricing policy with no hidden fees.
We accept cash and bank transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For corporate or fleet clients, monthly invoicing may be arranged separately.
If you need to cancel a service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our team has been dispatched to your location may incur a call-out fee.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, including your exact location, vehicle details, and nature of the problem. Inaccurate information may result in delays or inability to deliver the service.
You must ensure our recovery team has safe and lawful access to your vehicle. You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before towing. Gul Auto Recovery is not liable for personal items left in vehicles.
You must follow instructions from our recovery operators for your safety and the safety of others. Please stay a safe distance from the vehicle during recovery operations on UAE roads and highways.
Gul Auto Recovery takes utmost care when handling all vehicles. We use professional equipment and trained operators. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of business, loss of use, or any other economic losses arising from service delays or interruptions.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including extreme weather conditions, road closures, accidents involving third parties, or UAE government directives.
Gul Auto Recovery maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our recovery operations in the UAE. Our operators are licensed and our vehicles are insured in compliance with UAE regulations.
We recommend verifying your own vehicle insurance policy for recovery service coverage. Some UAE insurance policies include roadside assistance — please check with your insurer before booking.
All content on the Gul Auto Recovery website including text, images, logos, and graphics is our intellectual property and protected under UAE copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Gul Auto Recovery reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
